We ask for your support in preventing the needless rezoning of our residential neighborhoods. City data shows more than enough zoning capacity in each of our communities on our underutilized commercial corridors, public lands and through adaptive reuse. Our residential neighborhoods have already been rezoned through SB 9 and ADU law that allow duplexes and ADUs on a single lot. That is enough density in our neighborhoods. Don’t let our communities become feeding grounds for developers. Stand up for our communities tell the Planning Department NOT to up-zone our single-family and sensitive multi-family neighborhoods.
